The wooden cabinet products produced by Tianjin Yuanxingwang Furniture Factory with the production date of 2012-4-6 have passed the inspection, the formaldehyde emission is unqualified, the cigarette burning is unqualified, there is no product instruction manual, and the cigarette burning test result is resistant. In order to have detached dark spots, the measured amount of formaldehyde was 2 mg/L.

The third is to combine the "doubles" and "swords" actions to strengthen the rectification of problem enterprises, increase the frequency of inspections of unqualified enterprises, and strictly monitor the quality from the source. The fourth is to implement the classified supervision of industrial product production license enterprises, strengthen the risk investigation of unqualified product manufacturing enterprises, and conduct on-the-spot verification of the implementation of the rectification of problem enterprises to ensure that the enterprises continue to maintain the production conditions at the time of certification.
