Therefore, the security of stamps has certain difficulties and limitations. The Bureau of Stamp Printing has developed yellow, magenta and cyan fluorescent anti-counterfeiting inks for the business characteristics of printing more than 100 stamps each year using different printing techniques. There are five varieties: yellow ink, yellow ink, and red ink. The red ink is yellow, the red ink is red, and the blue ink is green. The above five kinds of fluorescent inks contain encrypted components, so these five kinds of anti-counterfeit inks can play a first-line anti-counterfeiting (mass identification) and second-line anti-counterfeiting (instrument detection arbitration) effect.

Photogravure (copy edition) and offset printing inks have been developed to meet the printing requirements for various stamp designs and the printing process requirements for different stamps. For example, the “Yellow River Hukou Waterfall” mini-stamp printed and distributed in the past has been printed with warm-tone “yellow ink red” encryption gravure ink. The printed sheetlet is viewed under normal lighting and the stamp pattern is unchanged. However, under the excitation of the UV lamp, the stamp pattern can give off the golden red light, which plays a role in anti-counterfeiting. From this successful combination, it is not difficult to see that security printing inks are organically applied in the design of stamps according to the characteristics of stamp prints, not only to achieve anti-counterfeiting purposes, but also to make printed products have better artistic effects. In the research work of the stamp anti-counterfeiting technology, we realized that anti-counterfeit must be "two high and one strict", that is, the anti-counterfeiting technology should be a high-tech, high-input technology, use high technology, increase investment in development funds, can give imitation Increase the difficulty.

China’s investment in the development of anti-counterfeiting technology for stamp printing is quite large. “Strictness” means strict management of anti-counterfeiting technology and anti-counterfeiting materials, and should not be abused or misused, otherwise the vitality of its anti-counterfeiting technology will be greatly shortened. Any anti-counterfeiting technology and anti-counterfeiting material is not for once and for all, especially in the rapid development of science and technology today. Therefore, the research work on the stamp anti-counterfeit technology for the security printing of stamps cannot stop at the moment.
