Corrugated roller parallel adjustment: In the two corrugated roller between the left, middle and right parts put 15A fuse, to the corrugated roller plus 0.2Mpa ~ 0.4Mpa pressure, the handlebar handlebars wire out, check the left wire, Whether the thicknesses of the middle and right three faults are the same or not, and whether the thickness of the two side surfaces of the tooth shape are the same, which is inconsistent with the adjustment of the eccentric mechanism until the same.

Adjust the gap of the suction hood: use a feeler gauge or corrugated paper to adjust. Open the suction cover and adjust the gap between the main corrugating roller and the front windshield. The clearance is generally between 0.1mm and 0.2mm. Adjust the gap between the pay-per-wale roller and the suction hood rear baffle. This gap is generally 0.3mm-0.5mm (in the case of not grinding the roller, the smaller the better). After adjustment, use a corrugated paper to wrap the corrugated roller. If the opener is used to see the effect of adsorption, most of the paper can be sucked on (cold test), and the steam passes the test (hot test).

The gap between the rubber roller and the corrugating roller: The gap between the main corrugating roller and the rubber roller is generally 0.1mm~O.15mm, and is measured with a feeler gauge. Adjustment method: There is a set screw on the baffle between the top roller and the main corrugated roller, which is tightly tightened with a nut. Loosen the nut and turn the screw. Measure the gap with a ruler. After the two sides are aligned, tighten the nut. If it is an electric adjustment gap, you can achieve the required digital input gap (note the location of the photoelectric switch).

The gap between the rubber roller and the rubber roller is the same as above.

Pressure roller and corrugating roller gap: It is necessary to ensure that there is a gap in the thickness of corrugated paper in order to ensure that the liner and roller are not crushed, and the positioning screw is adjusted well.

Since the overcoating roller is equipped with an overrunning clutch, it is necessary to prevent the water from squeezing to the middle, the machine and the clutch when the brush is being driven. Otherwise, malfunction may occur.
