【Abstracts】 The invention relates to a PVDC laminated composite high-temperature cooking food packaging film and a preparation method thereof. An intermediate layer PVDC (a copolymer of vinylidene chloride and vinyl chloride) is respectively connected to two layers on both sides through an adhesive agent. The adhesive is a two-component polyurethane type solvent-free adhesive. It adopts a two-component polyurethane-free solvent-free adhesive compounding process and is produced on a solventless laminating machine to solve the problem that domestic existing composite plastic food film bags cannot withstand high-temperature cooking and packaging meat products cannot be stored for a long time under normal temperature. The method of manufacture ensures that the PVDC film is free from heat, shrinkage and wrinkles in the compounding process, and can reach the requirement of cooking above 121°C.
