Misuse of flexographic printing

First of all, the understanding of the flexo printing process is not comprehensive, the understanding of the characteristics of flexo printing is not sufficient, and the clarity of the higher network lines and the gradual gradient of the dots are conventionally compared with offset printing and gravure printing.

Second, there is no perfect quality evaluation standard for flexo printing. There is no uniform standard for communication with customers, causing some misunderstandings and differences.

Third, there is a lack of professional flexo designers, operators, and market development personnel, and the advantages of flexographic products such as ink layer thickness and color saturation cannot be fully utilized.

Fourth, there is no strong advantage in the linkage of flexo printers. Combining multiple printing methods and post-press processing techniques, production efficiency is increased and product costs are reduced. The lack of understanding of print profitability and integration costs, and most domestic packaging and printing companies are still in the extensive stage of operation and management, and the system is still not systematic and normative in terms of profit assessment and cost integration.
