Four ways to print paper

First, carefully proofread documents before printing them. Before the document is printed, it should be proofread repeatedly, and use the “print preview” function of the word processing system to browse the entire page of the page to be printed so that text and typesetting errors can be revised in time to ensure that the printing is successful.

Second, a reasonable set font size and line spacing. If you do not print official documents, generally choose the fourth or fourth font, line spacing can be about 2.5 mm; if it is to the newspaper submission or print archives, it should choose the 5th Song font. For users who use inkjet printers, setting the font size and line spacing properly not only saves paper but also reduces the cost of expensive cartridges.

Third, according to the compact principle of typesetting. After writing the text, using the text box for re-layout will make the document more compact and beautiful. Take the WPS2000 as an example. Click on the "Text box" option in the "Insert" menu to adjust the text box to the full page size. Then paste all the text to be printed into the box. Right-click on "Object Properties" to change the "Layout". The "column" in the column is changed to "two columns", so that the blank line is reduced and the text is more compact.

Fourth, double-sided printing will receive immediate results in the provincial paper. General printers and word processing systems have a semi-automatic duplex printing program. For documents with more pages, you can first select the print odd numbered pages in the “Print Range” column, then manually turn over the paper and print even-numbered pages.
