1. Drying time:
It takes 5 to 10 minutes to dry on the surface and 1 hour to dry completely. The best test result is obtained after 24 hours.
2. Dilution:
The ink can be used directly, if you need to thin it, please choose according to the weather changes:
GE 501 (medium dry), GE 500 (slow dry), GE 502 (extra slow dry) and other thinners with different drying speeds; if printing for a long time, the thinner should be added regularly.
3. Defoamer:
If bubbles appear in the printing process, please add 0.3 ～ 0.5% GE 133 defoamer.
4. Cleaning:
To clean the screen, please use GE 101 or the above thinner.
5. Gold adjustment oil:
GE 8116 P100 transparent oil can also be used to dilute the color density in addition to the gold and silver ink, without reducing the viscosity and adhesion of the ink.
6. Matters needing attention:
(1) It should be fully stirred before use, and the ink should be kept in a sealed package frequently to avoid the solvent volatilization and failure;
(2) For multi-color printing, the next color printing needs to be done after the ink surface is dried and before it is dried;
(3) It is recommended to use the special thinner of our factory, because the use of unsuitable thinner will affect the performance, gloss and adhesion of the ink.
(4) The temperature of the printing environment will affect the printing effect. Before printing, make sure that the surface of the printing is clean and free of grease. After printing, the solvent must be fully evaporated before being laminated;
(5) Although the ink has been routinely tested by our factory, users should first try printing and make sure that they meet the requirements before printing in batches.
(6) The ink must be kept away from fire when used and stored, and stored in a cool and ventilated place.
