Manual control:
1. The peristaltic pump controls the operation of the peristaltic pump. Click the stop button of the peristaltic pump to start the peristaltic pump (display running), and click the running to stop the peristaltic pump (display stop).
2. The fan controls the start and stop of the fan, click the fan button to stop (upper), the fan starts (display running), click the running, the fan stops (display stops).
3. Pass the needle to control the start and stop of the pass needle, click the pass needle button to stop,
Start through the needle (display running), click running, stop through the needle (stop display), the running speed of the through needle is changed in the interface (5) by changing the set value of the through needle to change the operating frequency.
4. The air compressor of the spray dryer controls the start and stop of the air compressor, click the stop button of the air compressor, the air compressor will automatically start (display running), click the running, the air compressor will automatically stop (display stop) .
5. The heater controls the start and stop of the heater, click the heater stop button, the heater automatically starts (display running), click running, the heater automatically stops (display stop).
Automatic control:
After entering the interface (5), set various parameters according to the requirements of the drying process. After the parameters are set, click on the automatic work to return to the interface (4), click the stop button, the program automatically controls the entire experiment process (such as the setting of the inlet air temperature, The peristaltic pump automatically starts feeding). After the material is sprayed, change the feed pipe to clean water. After the material in the feed pipe gradually clears, lift the feed pipe from the water until the water in the feed pipe is sprayed. Click the running button in the upper right corner to end the experiment .
Note: The heater will not start before the fan is not started. Turn off the fan heater to disconnect it.
