After the project is completed, it will realize the trade of domestic building materials products and business services, integrating commodity trading, exhibition center, financial services, headquarters office, e-commerce, creative design, and realize product production, processing, packaging, warehousing and logistics services. It will also attract more than 2,000 influential home and building materials brands at home and abroad, of which more than 500 well-known brands will open flagship stores and headquarters. After the project is steadily operating, it can achieve sales revenue of 10 billion yuan per year and will provide a relatively large number of jobs.

It is understood that Harbin Huamei Taigu Home Plaza, a project worth 15 billion yuan, was originally a hotel construction project with an investment of 200 million yuan. During the project inspection, the investors were first promoted by the “Northern Leap” strategy of the city and the planning of Songbei District.
