In my opinion, it may not be so difficult, as long as you thoroughly improve on the following points.
â– The quality of the improved paperboard mainly depends on: (1) excellent corrugated type; {2) high-quality steam supply; (3) the pasting temperature of the starch paste must be controlled within the effective range; (4) the fiber quality of the base paper; 5) The quality and skills of operators must not be ignored;
â– Eccentricity of corrugating roller should be accurately adjusted normally. Usually we can use A4 fax paper to fold the middle folder of a carbon paper (steam is best 4kQ-5kQ, then the pressure of corrugated is adjusted to 2.5kg), the slow running machine will clamp The papers are placed on both sides of the corrugated medium, and whether the extruded corrugated shape becomes a second line or not, the corrugated waist must be white-to-white symmetrical, and the corrugated line is the same thickness as the line;
â– The fineness between the pressure wheel and the lower corrugated, usually about 20 silk {is the thickness of 120g burdock);
â– The gap between the paste wheel and the lower corrugated iron is about 15 silk (that is, the thickness of the 80gA4 fax paper);
â– The paste wheel is about 35 network lines, paste wheel and paste wheel to do a high speed when the wire is about 10 wire -12 wire, low speed is about 16 wire -18 wire, according to different speeds at any time adjustment (preferably changed to PLC monitoring system);

The facts tell me that 95% of the corrugated preheating cylinders are rusted; the dust is a few centimeters thick, never add oil all year round, and the bearings dry up. Can we get out of good cardboard in this case? I would like to ask Experts and predecessors of the same industry, even if they use imported base papers, add a higher weight, they may not be able to make good cardboard. So why does the manufacturers of corrugated irons use preheated cylinders with a diameter of 1100mm or more? How do you not use preheated cylinders with a diameter of 300mm or 500mm? In this case, manufacturers are not saving a lot of cost, improve the quality, and smooth high-speed production?
How to wear paper, get the best corrugated and preheated surface
