During the manufacturing process of the bottle, due to the technical level of the operator, the accuracy of the bottle machine, and the stability of the voltage and airflow, various process failures will inevitably occur, requiring the operator to make adjustments at any time. 1) The inner diameter of the bottle mouth is large or small: the reason may be that the center of the large plate of the equipment is not correct, the core is thick or thin, the die wheel is too tight or too loose, and the flame at station A7-A9 is too large or too small.

2) The outer diameter of the bottle mouth is large or small: low temperature, loose die wheel, high pliers and high core; tight die wheel, low pliers and low core.

3) Thick or thin sides of the bottle mouth: high pliers and low core; low pliers and high core.

4) Round mouth or semi-round mouth: high temperature, low material, thin glass tube or improper rotation speed of the chuck.

5) Bell mouth: There is too much putty at the root of the core at the A12 station or less material at the mouth.

6) Bubble port: The temperature at stations A4, A5, A6 and A9 is too high, there is dust on the surface of the glass tube or bubbles exist in the glass tube itself.

7) Explosion: The core of A12 station is dry or the wheel of A12 station is tight.

8) Burst neck: dry the core or touch the wheel tightly.

9) Flat mouth: A10 has many materials, high core or elliptical pipe.

10) Crooked shoulder: The chuck of Part A is crooked.

11) Thin bottom: A3 and A4 stations have low temperatures and A5 stations have high temperatures; B2 and B3 stations have low temperatures and high positions.

12) Bubble bottom or white bottom: the temperature at station B2 is high; there is dust on the surface of the glass tube.

13) Slanted bottom: The chuck of part B is crooked.

14) Pimple bottom: A5 station pulls the braid, B2 and B3 station temperature is low.
