Shenyang will manufacture bottle blowing machines for blow-molded three-layer HDPE milk bottles

GMG-Graham Machinery Group and its Asia-Pacific distributor, Rim Polymer, jointly built a three-tier HDPE milk bottle blow molding machine base in Shenyang.

Three layers of HDPE (white/black/white structure) blow-molded bottles are currently used by European and American countries. The market share of UHT milk (UHT milk) will reach 30% this year.

According to reports, in addition to the shelf life of 9-12 months at room temperature, it can be repeatedly sealed compared to disposable cartons. Compared with PET bottles, the price is lower, the UV blocking performance is better, and the bottle type is varied.

The blow molding machine produced by Graham Machinery Group can produce lighter bottles. The company believes that this milk bottle will adapt to the development trend of UHT milk packaging in China.
