Amcor PET Packaging's PowerFlex is the first truly boneless and stretcher container for hot-filled PET bottles at 185° Fahrenheit using vacuum panel vacuum panels, following industry practice, making PET unable to meet more Drink market demand. Based on Amcor's patented design, this innovative packaging was developed. When evacuating, the bottle wall can withstand the pressure of vacuum without the need for bones and support plates. The substrate uses a unique membrane that shrinks upward when the liquid cools. This kind of bottle wall with no bones and stretchers makes the container look more beautiful. The shape of the bottle also gives the greatest freedom in label size, material selection and labeling process. Unlike other PET containers on the market, PowerFlex can be used for filling lines at any temperature without the need for special commissioning when changing product and filling temperatures.
