Krones AG, Neutraubling, Germany, has successfully developed a new F1 filling machine. The new model is mainly designed for volumetric Volumetic series filling equipment for filling PET bottles. The machine uses a no-desktop design to facilitate the positioning of the modular construction of the different cappers, while the rinser and filler, the filler and the capper are connected by a separate neck pinion. At the same time, the aircraft is equipped with a new type of filling valve, distributed filling component control system, and tubular ring cylinder.
With its modular construction, it is not necessary to consider the platen when installing or removing different capper modules. In addition, the drive system, including the bottle rinsing machine that may constitute a combination unit, also adopts a non-front desk design. Between the rinsing machine and the filling machine, the filling machine and the capping machine are connected by separate gripping star wheels.
