In the near future, a Contiroll labeler will be able to meet the demand for efficient filling machines, and the second machine may be redundant.

High-speed labeling can also bring some new driving concepts for the label reel holder and the cutting machine. For a reel stand for a tag reel carrier, the servo drive can replace the currently commonly used eddy current brakes. The servo drive makes the starting and rolling offsets more rapid. Even newly developed cutting equipment can be equipped with suitable servo motors for driving.

One device for all label lengths

The rapid changeover of the vacuum gripping drum without the gripper alone can also handle the containers of various diameters and meet the needs of various powers on the same machine. In vacuum markers with different pitches but the same speed, the Contiroll high-speed labeler has a power of 22,500 to 67,500 bottles per hour and a tag length of 240 mm to 600 mm.

It takes about 10 minutes to switch between different types of containers. In addition to the cheaper labels, the Krones Contiroll HS high-speed labeler can also be used for fully automatic labeling of various films.

Container neck traction

With the Contiroll machine used so far, the traction of the container between the inlet and outlet star wheels is entirely done by conventional conveying elements. The Contiroll HS high speed labeler now offers neck traction, which offers unparalleled advantages for labeling empty PET bottles.

Clamping the star wheel ensures that the container is easily controlled and delivered safely under mechanical traction. Because it is suitable for containers of different sizes and shapes, it does not need to be replaced when adjusting specifications, and modification time can also be greatly reduced.

Lightning labeling: no loss of labeling

If there is no container to be labeled, the newly developed Contiroll HS high-speed labeler can also react quickly and quickly. If the blow molding machine fails to complete the bottling at a distance for some reason, a gap is created. In this case, conventional labeling machines still produce a label and put it into the machine, causing operational problems. The Contiform HS high-speed labeler responds quickly in the range of less than 40,000 bottles per hour, so that the labels do not spread into the gap. Contiroll HS will not stop for a long time. At a power rate of 40,000 bottles per hour, a "gap tag" has a wait time of only 0.09 seconds.
