5. How to apply for the "C" mark:
One is that the enterprise conducts self-assessment in accordance with the Standards for Measuring and Assuring Capability of Quantitative Packaging Commodity Production Enterprises. Enterprises that meet the requirements will apply to the local provincial quality and technical supervision department for measurement assurance capability evaluation by self-declaration; The supervision department organizes and implements the necessary verification based on the self-evaluation of the enterprise. 6. Supervision and review after issuance:
Provincial quality and technical supervision departments that issue certificates and conformity marks shall be rectified by the State Administration of the People ’s Republic of China for non-compliance with the requirements of the “Regulationsâ€; enterprises that have obtained certificates that do not meet the requirements of the “Code†shall be ordered to make rectification.
