a Determined after mixing according to the specified ratio and dilution ratio of the product. If the amount of diluent used is within a certain range, it should be measured after dilution according to the recommended maximum dilution.

b If the product specifies the dilution ratio or the product is composed of two or more components, the content of the diluent and each component should be determined separately, and then the total amount of the mixed paint should be calculated according to the specified ratio of the product. If the amount of diluent used is within a certain range, it should be calculated according to the recommended maximum dilution.

c. If the polyurethane paint stipulates the dilution ratio or consists of two or more components, the content of the curing agent (toluene diisocyanate prepolymer) should be measured first, and then the mixed paint should be calculated according to the ratio The content. If the amount of diluent used is within a certain range, it should be calculated according to the recommended minimum dilution.

4. Brief introduction of the experimental method for the determination of harmful substances in solvent-based wood coatings for interior decoration materials by gas chromatography

4.1 Sampling

Products are sampled according to the regulations of GB3186-1982 (1989). The sample is divided into two parts, one is sealed and the other is used as the inspection sample.

4.2 Determination of volatile organic compounds (VOC)

4.2.1 After stirring the sample evenly, determine the mass fraction (V) of the volatile matter in the coating according to GB / T6751-1986. The test condition: (105 ± 2) `C, keep it for 3h.

4.2.2 After stirring the sample evenly, determine the coating density (ρ) according to GB / T6750-1986, and the test temperature is (23 ± 2) `C.

4.2.3 The content of volatile organic compounds is calculated as follows:

VOC = V * ρ * 10 * 10 * 10 .................. (1)

In the formula:

VOC-the content of volatile organic compounds in the paint, the unit is grams per liter (g / L);

V--mass fraction of volatiles in paint;

ρ--Density of the paint at (23 ± 2) `C in grams per milliliter (g / mL).

4.3 The determination of benzene is carried out according to Appendix A.

4.4 The measurement of toluene and xylene shall be carried out according to Appendix A.

4.5 The determination of free toluene diisocyanate (TDI) shall be carried out according to GB / T18446-2001. The fixing liquid can also be selected from methyl polysiloxane (SE-30). For samples that easily decompose at 150 ° C. A suitable temperature can be selected so that the sample can be completely vaporized without decomposition.

4.6 Determination of heavy metals (soluble lead, soluble cadmium, soluble chromium, soluble mercury) according to Appendix B.

5. Inspection rules

5.1 All technical contents listed in this standard are type inspection items.

5.1.1 Under normal production conditions, type inspection shall be carried out at least once a year.

5.1.2 Type inspection should be carried out at any time when one of the following conditions exists:

--When the new product is initially finalized;

--When the product is produced off-site;

-When there are major changes in production formulas, processes and raw materials;

--When production is resumed after three months of suspension.

5.2 Determination of inspection structure

5.2.1 Judgment of inspection results shall be carried out according to the rounding value comparison method in GB / T1250-1989.

5.2.2 When the inspection results of all items meet the requirements of this standard, the product conforms to the requirements of this standard. If there is an inspection result that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the stored sample should be re-inspected. If the re-inspection result still does not meet the requirements of the standard, the product does not meet the requirements of this standard.

6. Packaging mark

6.1 In addition to complying with the provisions of GB / T9750-1998, the product packaging mark shall be clearly indicated on the packaging mark for products that have passed the inspection according to this standard.

6.2 For coatings composed of two or more components, the distribution ratio of each group should be clearly stated on the packaging mark. For paints that need to be diluted during construction, the dilution ratio should be clearly stated on the packaging mark.

7. Safe painting and protection

7.1 When painting, ensure that the room is well ventilated and away from fire.

7.2 The painting method should be brush painting as much as possible.

7.3 Construction personnel should wear the necessary protective equipment during painting.

7.4 After finishing painting, continue to maintain indoor air circulation.

7.5 The room after painting should be left empty for a period of time before use.
