Offset printing machine is one of the main equipments in the printing industry, so special attention should be paid to repair and maintenance work, especially cleaning and maintenance work. Improper cleaning and maintenance work can easily cause the equipment to wear and aging too quickly, resulting in a series of failures, and the consequences are unimaginable.
According to the operating practice, the details of the cleaning and maintenance of the offset press should be summarized as follows:
1. The operator must perform wiping work before and after work to wipe off the oil stains and ink stains on the inside and outside of the fuselage, remove waste paper and debris inside the machine, and often maintain the true color of the equipment and no rust.
2. The cylinder is one of the main parts of the offset press. Every shift must be wiped at any time to keep the surface of the cylinder clean, especially the impression cylinder.
3. Most of the paper conveying parts are exposed, and the oil and paper powder on the surface of the parts must be wiped off every shift to reduce the friction of each part.
4. The motors and air pumps of each part of the offset press should be kept clean and dry to prevent accidents caused by poor heat dissipation.
5. When wiping the equipment, all parts of the oil eye, oil circuit, refueling device and machine parts should be fully and carefully checked. If there is any missing fueling, oil blockage, damage to the fueling device, loose screws or falling off, it should be refueled and repaired in time (especially do not forget to refuel the main shaft and the platen of the impression cylinder).
6. It is strictly forbidden to use broken cotton yarn and rags to wipe the equipment to prevent falling into the machine and causing accidents.
7. When the equipment is not in use on holidays, the water and ink rollers must be scrubbed to prevent the ink from drying out and affecting the performance and service life of the rubber rollers. If the machine is shut down for more than seven days, remove the water and ink rollers and put them on the rack. To prevent squeezing and deformation, cover the equipment with a cover cloth to prevent the sand from falling into the machine and increasing friction.
8. In the daily production process, the surroundings of the equipment should be kept clean, so that the ground is free of oil stains, water marks, waste paper and debris.
