Each time the knife edge is sharpened, it must be cooled sufficiently to avoid knife edge annealing. In order to make the knife edge sharper and smoother, the knife edge is finely ground before applying it. When cutting, apply soap or paraffin regularly on the knife edge to extend the durability of the knife and make the trimmings smooth. If it is found that there is a paper-drawing phenomenon in the trimming edge of the cutting material, the edge should be repaired or resharpened with oilstone at any time.

Cutter replacement

Due to the use of a high-efficiency flat-enveloping hourglass worm gear reducer, the self-locking worm gear reducer itself is not self-locking, and the main motor stops. After the cut-out switch of the switch tool is pulled to the tool change position, the drive has lost the brake and the safety device has lost its protection. When the bed is in a stationary state, it may be slipped, which may seriously endanger the safety. Therefore, in this state, it must be confirmed that the knife bed is reliably stopped and the following operation can be performed when the wooden pad is placed under the blade.

When changing the cutter, first turn off the main motor, wait about 2 minutes, and after confirming that the drive belt is completely stopped, place two wooden knife changers (provided by the manufacturer) under the blade and turn the cutting knife on the switch panel. The selector switch is placed in the tool change position "", the function selection switch of the tool bed must be in the cutting position, use the sleeve to rotate the nut of the pulley, remove all the connecting screws on the blade, and then use the internal Allen wrench to push the hanging device inward. 4MM, the hook of the hanging knife device is detached, and the rotary knife device is used to smoothly place the blade on two wooden knife changers, and two knife change handles are installed, the blades are removed, and the blade is guarded to prevent overturning and hurting the person.

First, confirm that the main motor start button is in the stop state, and confirm that the main motor pulley is at rest, and the sharpened blade is mounted on the tool changer, and then the tool changer is pushed together with the blade to the paper press. Place the cutting knife selection switch (figure III.5) at the right end of the tool change position "", turn the hanging knife assembly as previously described, raise the blade to the highest position, install the blade attachment screw and tighten, and then tighten. Loosen the two handles on the tool changer, remove the tool changer, install the remaining blade attachment screws and tighten;

Cutting knife adjustment

Each time a new blade is mounted, or the old blade after sharpening should manually adjust the height of the tool bed to adjust the cutting amount of the blade, to avoid the accident caused by the deeper cutting caused by the replacement of a new blade. The main motor must be turned off when cutting the knife, and it can only be performed after stopping the operation!

The adjustment steps are:

1 Make sure the cutter is in the state of tool change. First stop the main motor. Press the stop button of the main motor. After confirming that the main motor is in the static state, set the cutting switch selection switch to the middle tool change position "".

2 Determine the cutting depth of the blade: Use a socket wrench to rotate the nut on the end face of the pulley so that the knife bed moves to the lowest point and observe whether the depth of the blade cutting into the blade is reasonable (normally cut 0.5-1 mm).

If the knife edge contacts only one end of the blade, it can be solved by adjusting the eccentric shaft behind the main frame.

If the blades do not cut the paper, the blade should be moved down the long hole until the paper can be cut completely.

Specific adjustment methods are as follows: turn off the main motor and the power switch, loosen all blade coupling screws, put the tool bed in the manual mode to the lowest point, and use the Allen wrench to push the hanging blade device inward to about 4 mm, so that the hanging knife device The brake is disengaged and the top knife cam rotates to cut the paper off the blade.
