This product is suitable for UV printing of various materials such as PVC, PET, PP, and PS. UV printing and coating can not be separated from the UV curing device. The surface temperature of the UV lamp is as high as 700°C. At the same time, the UV lamp also generates infrared rays during the start-up process. The heat generated is enough to deform the substrate, resulting in overprinting. The print quality is unstable. For this problem, Rongda ultra-low temperature UV curing machine uses UV cold mirror independently developed by the company to filter and reflect the infrared light generated by the UV lamp, and use a cooling device to cool it, and reuse the emitted UV light during operation.
