2 Finite Element Calculation of Static Characteristics of Honeycomb Paperboard
Based on the above theory, the static properties of honeycomb paperboard were calculated using ANSYS.
2.1 Modeling
A shell unit shell63 was used to simulate the honeycomb paperboard. The shape of the shell63 unit is shown in FIG.
2.2 Finite Element Calculation
Using the mapping network, the honeycomb board is divided into 5151 nodes and 5000 units. The finished honeycomb cell board finite element figure is shown in Figure 2.
