Technical features:
1. Crimping section: continuous stacking method, using photoelectric counting and automatic jet metering device.
2. Paper-feeding unit: The single-plate operating mechanism is quick and easy. The vibration motor cooperates with fast automatic paper feeding. The Japanese Miki stepless transmission regulates the paper feeding distance.
3. Pre-folding section: The pre-folded belt imported from Japan is used. The random lines on the left and right sides are pre-folded by 90 degrees to make it easier to open the carton.
4. Under the paste tube: attached left and right devices, stable paste, large capacity, easy maintenance.
5. Underlay part:Adjustment mechanism, ideal design, simple operation The bottom sticker is completed by four groups of devices, 60 to 200 boxes per minute.
6. The fold section: The second fold line is 180 degrees, and the fourth fold line is 180 degrees. The guide wheel is adjusted according to different positions and the matching is smoother.
7. Hard roll nip: equipped with a hard roll press to make the bond stronger.
