2, results and analysis
2.1, the relationship between the degree of lignification and rooting
The results showed that the shoots with semi-lignification had higher rooting rate and faster rooting rate than the non-lignified shoots, because the semi-lignified twigs had strong meristems and faster callus formation, so the cutting survival rate was high. The non-lignified twigs not only have low rooting rate, but also poor seedlings.
2.2. Effect of auxin NAA on rooting of cuttings
Using water as a control, the results showed that 50×10^6, 100×10^6, and 200×10^6 NAA were good for rooting of cuttings, especially 100×10^6NAA. The above three concentrations were It can be used in production, considering the production cost, it is suitable for low concentration.
2.3. Effects of different auxins on rooting of cuttings
The test results show that the treatment of cuttings with NAA, TAA and ABT has a good rooting effect, and the rooting rate is especially good with ABT. As for the dosage, it depends on the supply and price of the market, so as to reduce the cost.
2.4. Effect of cutting matrix on rooting of cuttings
In the test, fine furnace ash, clean river sand and general soil were used as the matrix. The results showed that the three cutting substrates had the same effect, especially the slag.
3, summary
