2. There are scratched units, check whether the guide roller and the cooling guide roller are rotated one by one, and whether the guide roller and the cooling roller are clean.
3. Adjust the solvent ratio of the ink or check the oven temperature or reduce the speed to ensure that the ink is completely dry.
4. Adjust the air supply and exhaust in the bellows so that the film is attached to the wind guide roller to prevent the airflow from being far greater than the air supply. Otherwise, in addition to the film è¹ wind box is likely to cause scratches on the ink layer, it may also cause the actual temperature in the dry bellows to be low, which in turn affects the drying effect of the printing ink layer. This problem is easily overlooked during the printing operation. The actual temperature in the oven is not only displayed on the thermometer.
