Single-sided machine - seriously blurred paste shape

This severely ambiguous, intermittent paste pattern can be seen on corrugated boards produced with guide jaws and clawless single-sided machines. This particular phenomenon occurs before the top roll. The cardboard shown in the figure below is of no use other than recycling. The reasons for forming such cardboard on a single-sided machine with guide jaws are: the distance between the guide baffle plate and the corrugating roller is too large, the guide jaw baffle is damaged or worn, the core paper is too wet, the pressure on the pressure roller is uneven, Corrugated Roller - Dirt is contaminated, brakes on the base paper base are slack, pressure on the corrugating roll is uneven, or pressure is too low.
The same applies to the guideless jaws without the guide jaws. In addition, no vacuum or temporary vacuum on the corrugating roller can also cause such a result.
