3 Calculation results

3.1 Impact Spectrum

As mentioned earlier, the impact spectrum includes the initial spectrum of impact, the residual spectrum of impact, and the maximum impact spectrum. In order to evaluate the damage of the product in the limit state in the packaging dynamics, the maximum impact response spectrum is generally used. Figure 2 shows the maximum impact spectrum curve of a corrugated board cushion liner with different damping coefficients under a rectangular wave, and Figure 3 shows the maximum impact spectrum curve of a corrugated board cushion liner with different linear parameters under a rectangular wave.


1) The effect of damping c on the system It can be clearly seen from Figure 2 that as the damping increases, the rate of change of acceleration gradually decreases.

2) The effect of different linear parameters b1 on the system can be obtained from the results in Fig. 3. The rate of change of acceleration decreases with the decrease of linear parameters. It can be seen that the linear parameters have more significant influence on the system when the parameters decrease from 0.8. At 0.4, the impact spectrum curve changes greatly.

3.2 Damaged Boundary Curve

Using the results of the shock spectrum, the damage boundary curves of the system can be obtained by coordinate transformation. 1) The effect of damping on the damage boundary of the system It can be clearly seen from Fig. 4 that as the damping increases, the critical speed increases and so does the critical acceleration.

2) The effect of different linear parameters on the system can be seen from Figure 5, the critical velocity decreases with the increase of linear parameters, the damage zone increases, and the change of critical acceleration also holds true.

4 Conclusion

The results of the study indicate that the use of a bamboo core board is the most economical option in actual production. The empirical formula of thickness and load can draw the load corresponding to any thickness, so in the actual production process, only simple calculations are needed to quickly and easily obtain the required parameters.
