After the pressure adjustment of the ink roller has relieved the pressure on the printing plate, the bar still appears after printing.
According to further analysis, the characteristic of bars is that they are thicker and thicker, and the ink is gradually deepened and enlarged until it is pasted. The final bar is polished and shiny. The occurrence of these phenomena is the result of the local pressure of the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder being too large, resulting in sliding friction and browning during the operation of the machine.
Because only partial pressure is too large, slipping occurs. Without sliding, the bars do not grow thicker; without gravity, the bars do not glow.
The solution to this contradiction can only be found on the gear pitch circle.
The specific solution is to remove all the ink rollers, firmly press the plates, and then remove one end wall plate to remove the three screws on the plate roller helical gear. Remove the helical gear and clean the original position mark. When reassembling, in the original position, change 120°, then tighten the three screws and install the wallboard and all the rollers.
After several months of printing, there was no bar and the effect was very good, which proved that this method was effective.
