Printing field tips

During the printing, the customer requested that the manuscript be printed on grass green and 80 g/m2 coated paper. According to the conventional practice, it should be printed on a solid PS plate. However, there is another way to use a waste PS plate. The layout must be flat and there should be no unevenness or damage. When printing, simply turn the back of the book face-to-face, face it inwards, do not apply water, and only apply ink. As a result, the printed field is not only of good quality, but also not blooming. When printing coated paper, it is best to use a quick-fixing ink and a suitable amount of varnish in order to prevent back-scratching.
