How to determine the fresh air volume of a clean room

1. Fresh air volume that first meets health standards:

Ensure that the amount of fresh air per person per hour in the clean room is not less than 40m3/h, taking into account the occurrence of harmful gases.

The amount of fresh air that meets health standards is divided into two situations:

(1) For the case where there is no obvious harmful gas in the workshop, according to the "Code for Design of Clean Plants", the amount of fresh air supplied to the clean room in the clean room is not less than 40m3/.

(2) For the occurrence of harmful gases in the workshop, the amount of fresh air in the dilution chamber should be calculated according to the allowable concentration of harmful gases contained in the workshop.

2. Compensating for indoor air exhaust and maintaining fresh air volume required for indoor positive pressure:

The Code for Design of Clean Plants (GB50073-2001) stipulates that the maximum amount of fresh air should meet the hygienic requirements and maintain indoor positive pressure (while ensuring local exhaust). In order to prevent the ambient air (air containing harmful gases) from entering the clean room, disturbing the temperature and humidity of the workshop, and destroying the cleanliness in the workshop, it is necessary to use a certain amount of fresh air in the air conditioning system to maintain the positive pressure of the workshop and the factory. When the delivery and return air system regulating valves in the system are adjusted until the air supply volume is greater than the return air volume of the workshop, the workshop is in a positive pressure state, and the difference between the delivery and return air (ie, the amount of fresh air to be replenished) is not tight through the doors and windows. The area (including the opening of the door) oozes out. The positive pressure in the room is exactly the resistance of the air as it oozes out of the gap. Under normal circumstances, the indoor positive pressure can meet the requirements between 5~lOPa. If the positive pressure is too large, it is not only unnecessary, but also reduces the economical operation of the system.

In the clean room engineering, when there is a local exhaust device such as a ventilating cabinet in the clean room, in order not to generate negative pressure in the clean room and maintain positive pressure, there must be a corresponding fresh air volume in the system to supplement the exhaust air volume. It can be determined according to the area of the vent opening and the venting speed of the hood. The calculation method of the fresh air volume in the clean room is of great importance in the purification workshop engineering.

3. To ensure the air supply level of air cleanliness level:

The amount of air supply determined based on the heat and humidity load is calculated.

The amount of fresh air supplied to the clean room.

The Code for Design of Clean Plants (GB50073-2001) stipulates that the air supply volume of the clean room should be the maximum of the above three items.

Hot Air Brush

hot air brush was created to replace both blow dryers and wooden hair brushes. Now, instead of holding the devices in both hands, a woman can use a lightweight device that dries and curls (or straightens) hair simultaneously.
interesting option is a hot air brush with styling attachments. Combo kits may feature several round brushes, attachments for pin-point styling, and concentrators.
