Hot-melt SBS modified asphalt waterproof coating

Hot-melt type SBS modified asphalt waterproof coating (referred to as hot-melt type waterproof coating) is based on SBS rubber, and then added with other auxiliary materials to modify the asphalt and make the modified asphalt bitumen after cooling. It is transported to the construction site, heated and melted into a liquid by a dedicated environment-friendly melting furnace, and then coated or sprayed on the surface of the structural base to form a continuous, seamless, and flexible overall waterproof coating layer. It can also be used in combination with SBS or APP modified bituminous membranes to form two waterproof fortifications, namely a coil layer and a coating layer. The coating also serves as a binder for the coils. As the hot-melt asphalt coating has good physical and mechanical properties, material prices are suitable, easy to use, shorten the construction period, etc., so favored by the owners and construction units.
Relevant information is introduced, Canada, the United States, etc. are also applied, and China has already applied in the production of waterproof materials factory in Beijing, Zhejiang, Sichuan and other provinces and cities, and at the same time has formulated enterprise standards (currently there are no international and industrial standards). Currently, in waterproofing projects such as roofing and kitchen and bathroom, as a waterproof layer for coating film, after more than one year of inspection, the quality effect of the waterproof layer is excellent, and the construction work area has only exceeded 1 million square meters in Chengdu.
