The inorganic specialty chemicals division of the German Condea Chemical Company recently introduced a free-flowing PVC heat stabilizer.
The company said that the heat stabilizer is a hydrotalcite called PuralMG61HT, and its use with calcium/zinc products can enhance the stability of PVC. Since this product is a free-flowing white powder with extremely low levels of iron, sodium or silica impurities, its stability is excellent.
