First, the large field version of the product requires a strong ink color as it is. To meet the original requirement, two versions of the ink must be used in order to print a thick, flat cloth. Due to the large amount of ink, the amount of water also increases accordingly, resulting in increased ink emulsification, extended product drying time, simultaneous processing delays, and greatly reduced work efficiency, often delaying short-lived jobs that require fast delivery times.
Second, due to the large amount of ink, although precautionary measures were set up in the earlier period, there was still a slight inadvertent phenomenon of sticking, and the amount of “dusting” had to be increased, which in turn caused certain difficulties for the post-press processing. . Although powder removing measures were taken before film coating and coating, the powders embedded in the ink were difficult to remove, and the products covered with the film and after polishing were left in the ink, and there were ghost spots and pits. The appearance of the product is affected.
