Advantages of Laser Electronic Screening and Differences from Conventional Screening

Laser electronic screening has the following advantages due to the use of electronic screening and laser recording.

1. The network of laser electronic screening, its network points, high density, and good accuracy.

2. Each network consists of hundreds of sub-dots. The level of reproducibility is good, and the subtle levels are delicate and abundant.

3. According to needs, different shapes of dots can be generated at different tones, and it is easy to control dot gain and print quality.

4. The use of the same super dot mode to obtain dots with different screen angles can change the dot frequencies, thereby effectively controlling the generation of moiré.

5. The requirements for obvious influence on the conditions are reduced and the development latitude is great.

The difference between laser electronic screening and conventional screening is:

1. The frequency of the regular screened four-color color separation screens is the same, and the laser electronic screens are different.

2. Conventional screening, strict screening characteristics; and laser electronic screening, screening latitude.

3. The shape of conventional wide-screening dots is limited, while laser electronic screening can be varied.

4. Conventional screening points are soft and have poor resolution, while laser electronic screening points are hard and edge definition is high.
